HAYLING AROMATHERAPY - BLENDS WITH BENEFITS
Sweet orange essential oil is a natural purifier and cleanser. It is uplifting and calming and helpful with anxiety and stress.
Lemon essential oil is a natural calming sedative which is also helpful for anxiety.
Bergamot essential oil is known as one of the most refreshing and uplifting oils which also helps with stress and anxiety.
As you can see the three are a wonderful mix. Reminiscent of the beautiful Lady Grey tea.
THE BENEFITS OF THE REFRESHING BLEND
The refresh blend promotes a sense of wellbeing and relaxation. Its fresh citrusy scent will make the room smell beautifully clean and fresh. It can regulate cortisol production, lowering stress hormones, promoting relaxation and positivity. It is full of antioxidants and can support the bodies natural defences.
HOW TO USE THE REFRESHING BLEND
Diffuse 15 to 20 drops in a diffuser or oil burner to cleanse and refresh the room, boost your immune system and help enhance your mood.
Inhale from a personal inhaler, bracelet or necklace throughout the day to help yourself stay calm and positive.
Add 5 to 10 drops to a tablespoon or egg cup full to make a highly cleansing bath or shower oil. This blend is particularly beneficial on the skin as it is antiseptic and antibacterial. This makes it effective in treating minor wounds and skin infections. It also helps regulate excess oil while hydrating the skin. (A hot bath is an excellent way to use essential oils, enabling them to enter the bloodstream more easily via your warm skin and the mucosa in your nose via the rising steam.)
