Aromatherapy anxiety support calming aromatherapy essential oil blend for stress relief and anxiety support. 

I have blended these oils specifically for their qualities in supporting anxiety and stress, as a fully qualified aromatherapist with a qualification specifically related to anxiety support.

The Calming essential oil blend:
GERANIUM (Pelargonium Roseum) - A balancing oil which stabilises depression, irritability and tension. In the bath geranium is like a liquid anaesthetic.
NEROLI (Citrus Aurantium) - made from Orange Blossom, Neroli has a single famed use 'calming problems of emotional origin' - say no more!
YLANG YLANG (Cananga Odorata) - is described as being perfect for soothing and inhibiting anger born out of frustration.
VETIVER (Vetiveria Zizanoides) - a deeply relaxing oil, brilliant for baths and massages, relieves depression, insomnia and nervous tension.

YLANG YLANG AND NEROLI are a super synergy of oils that combine to assist with anxiety in an extraordinary way. 

THE BENEFITS OF THE CALMING BLEND

The calming essential oil blend supports anxiety and stress in a quite magical way. While being very uplifting the blend is also calming on the nerves and can promote rest and sleep. 

HOW TO USE THE CALMING BLEND

To ease stress or anxiety diffuse 15 to 20 drops in a diffuser or oil burner. Especially good to diffuse of an evening after a long or stressful day.

Drop neat onto a lava bead bracelet or aromatherapy necklace and inhale regularly to help you feel calm.

Inhale from a personal inhaler regularly.

Add 5 to 10 drops to a tablespoon or egg cup full to make a super relaxing  massage oil. 

Add 5 to 10 drops to a tablespoon or egg cup full to make a bath or shower oil to promote deep relaxation. (A hot bath is an excellent way to use essential oils, enabling them to enter the bloodstream more easily via your warm skin and the mucosa in your nose via the rising steam.) Geranium essential oil is super-charged in the bath - literally lifting the weight off your shoulders.

I also make a high anxiety rollerball for moments of acute anxiety.
