Rose - cleanses and tones the uterus. Regulates the menstrual cycle. Enhances mood.

Geranium - balances hormones, eases mood swings, reduces anxiety.

Bergamot - sedates the nervous system while reviving the spirit.

Frankincense - a uterine tonic, slows the heart rate, calms the emotions.

Ylang Ylang - soothing and relaxing in a subtle emotional way. Helps manage irritability. 

Clary Sage - oestrogenic, combats sweating, reduces hot flushes.

HOW TO USE THE MENOPAUSE BLEND

Add 20 drops to a 10ml rollerball with carrier oil and use on palms or pulse points.

Diffuse 15 to 20 drops in a diffuser or oil burner. 

Drop neat onto a lava bead bracelet or aromatherapy necklace and inhale regularly to help you relieve symptoms.

Inhale from a personal inhaler regularly.

Add 5 to 10 drops to a tablespoon or egg cup full to make a super relaxing  massage oil. 

Add 5 to 10 drops to a tablespoon or egg cup full to make a bath or shower oil to promote deep relaxation.
